Unlock the Door, Turn the Knob and Open the Door

Unlock the Door, Turn the Knob and Open the Door
So much of our lives can be in the wrong order.  I know many days when I hurry off to leave my home for work or another destination I turn the knob of the door and yang on it without turning first the deadbolt.

There is a truly wonderful truth in this experience that gave me such joy.
For you can have power of intent, you can have desire, you can even have action steps ready to go. BUT, if you don’t take time to put them in the right order – you will be like me yanking on a door that will never open.

The deadbolt is facing your past whispers that hold you back. They can be recent or from childhood but like the deadbolt – they can stop you in your tracks.  Only by writing down the whispers – realizing who said them – facing that they are invalid and writing an empowering affirmation to take its place and truly visualize it as truth – can the deadbolt be turned.

Many including myself forget to seek the shallow places within where whispers try to reside like spiders spinning webs to capture prey. It is always good in morning meditation to realize that even the best meaning people can allow a whisper in to our subconscious and like the deadbolt, prevent progress to where we know we should be.

Many forget to even deadbolt their door when they return home.  If you don’t mediate and visualize with the divine each day – you are like the man who always forgets to turn the deadbolt when he returns home and is shocked to find a burglar in his home.

Take the time to connect with the universal truth within you each day. See your embryonic truth placed there before you took your first breath.  See the day ahead and visualize yourself mastering each portion of your day. See yourself as completing and exceeding your mission. Then you are ready to turn that deadbolt to the open position.

So as you get up from reading this, and start to head out – reaching and turn your deadbolt on your door, turning the knob and opening the door – you will let the flow of air crossing your face remind you that you deserve to have only forward progress in life.
BE Truly Well.
